Vehicle Warranty

  • 24/48 (*conditions apply) months or 20,000 km comprehensive warranty (whichever comes first)
  • 12/24 (*conditions apply) months battery warranty
  • 12 months warranty on electrical components
  • 6 months warranty on wear and tear parts

Battery Warranty Terms

  • Covers battery capacity retention of 70% or greater
  • Free replacement if capacity falls below threshold
  • Regular maintenance required to maintain warranty

Claims Process

  1. Contact your nearest authorized service center
  2. Present your warranty card and purchase documentation
  3. Describe the issue in detail
  4. Allow inspection of the vehicle
  5. Receive confirmation of warranty coverage
  6. Authorize repairs if any costs are not covered
